Data we collect
The data you provide through the contact form on this website (your name, email address, company and the content of your message) and the data you give us when you write to us by email. We ask for nothing beyond what we need to answer you. Visitor measurement uses Google Analytics in its consent mode: until you accept analytics cookies it only receives cookieless page-view signals, with no identifier stored in your browser; if you accept, it also sets cookies that recognise your browser on later visits. This website has no visitor accounts and no newsletter.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask for one, to prepare a proposal for your project. The legal bases for processing are: your consent, given when you submit the form and, for analytics cookies, when you accept them; the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and, where you engage our services, the performance of that contract; compliance with the legal obligations that apply to our activity; and our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure and in knowing, in aggregate, how it is used. We will not use your data for purposes incompatible with those stated, and we will not sell it or build profiles from it.
Data retention
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities arising from that purpose, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Recipients and transfers
Your data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required, or to service providers strictly necessary for the operation of this website and our communications — such as hosting and email providers — who act as data processors under contract. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical data to filter abuse under Google’s privacy policy. The films on this website play in Vimeo’s embedded player, which processes technical data when a video is loaded, under Vimeo’s privacy policy. Visitor measurement is provided by Google Analytics on our behalf; the cookies policy explains it and how to change your choice. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as other rights, including to object to and restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may exercise these rights by writing to info@castle.productions. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
